Do not drop the device or subject it to strong impacts. To avoid equipment failure, please observe the following precautions: Do not install the device in a place with strong sunlight, high temperature, high humidity or dust. Do not get the equipment wet when washing the car, as this may cause a short circuit, which can lead to a fire or malfunction.

Note: If the device cannot connect to the phone, please reboot both the device and your phone, then try connecting again.

If the device is not powered on and cannot be turned on, check whether the power cable is installed correctly. The device will only start to boot when ACC is turned on.

If you can't connect to Bluetooth, please clear your phone's Bluetooth registration and reconnect to match.

If you can't use the Phone Link, follow the instructions to operate. If you still can't connect to your phone, restart your phone or Monitor Device, turn off your phone's Bluetooth & WLAN, then turn them on again. Use the original USB Cable to connect your phone to the Monitor device.

If the device plays music or video without sound, please turn off the FM Transmit function.

If the device is stuck and not responding, we recommend that you try to puncture the RST hole (on the back of the device) with a pin for more than 3 seconds. This will reset your machine to factory settings.
